At Rewire Fitness, we believe that every individual is unique. That's why we offer personalized training plans designed to meet your specific goals and needs. Contact us, let us know your goals, and we will find the right program for you!
Our online program is suitable for people of all different fitness levels. Whether you are committed to the gym and have a variety of machines to choose from, or a new exerciser looking to work out in the comfort of your own home with just body weight and bands, we will accommodate your needs and goals.
Get more out of every workout with private, 1-on-1 personal training. In a quiet, dedicated gym space, you’ll receive individualized programming, hands-on, coaching, and consistent accountability. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength, or overall fitness, each section is designed to maximize results safely and efficiently.
Here at rewire fitness, we know how hectic life can be, which makes committing to an exercise program difficult, but we hope our training pass can be a solution for you! Think of it as personal training but on your terms. You book any day that works for you, and your selected trainer will show up to either fully take you through a workout or provide mentorship if you choose to follow a personal workout.

Fitness has been part of my life for as long as I can remember, helping me navigate personal challenges and grow stronger both physically and mentally. I truly believe that without fitness, I wouldn't be half the person I am today. Working out has taught me a great deal about self-discipline, hard work, and, most importantly, it gave me a sense of purpose when life felt out of control. My goal as a personal trainer is to motivate and inspire people who truly want to make a positive change in their lives. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, CPR certified and am currently working towards my full nutrition certifications.

Fitness has changed my life in many ways, but they all have one thing in common: each change has led me to be the best version of myself. The gym can be scary for various reasons, and I know it's hard to navigate and stay motivated on your own, but that's why I’m here today with Rewire Fitness! I have earned my NASM CPT certification, I’m CPR certified, and will continue working for my complete and nutrition certification. Everyone deserves to be the strongest, happiest, and healthiest version of themselves, and I feel it is my purpose to help as many people as I can get there.
